Savages - She Will

The cat ate the rat, the rat ate the wizard…

Ninja Gun playing live – Saturday Dec 13th in  Gainesville, FL at The Atlantic and New years Eve at The Masquerade in Atlanta, GA.

Robin Rogers will be at the Capitol Oyster Bar in Montgomery, AL Thursday Dec 11th.  You can pick up a free mp3 from her new release over on Blind Pig Records.

Picked up The Cat ate the Rat, the Rat ate the Wizard, a really nice guitar-heavy blues track by Cool John Ferguson, for free over on the Music Maker Relief Foundation  website.  Ferguson will be playing at Slim’s Downtown in Raleigh, NC on Dec 13th.

Album Cover Art – er, just what it says.  Lots of posts and pictures of album covers.  Very cool blog. One of a couple of great music-related blogs I have found while staring intently at the Alphainventions.com page.

So, I was in the mood for some blues and whoosh – blues appeared. Other people get coupons, bills and news updates in the mail while I get blues music. Cool new blues music in the form of the debut release Telegraph Taboo from the Chicago-based band Nick and the Ovorols. This is not a pretty album. The vocals on a few tracks [...]
