Kit’s Awesome Vid of the Day – God’s Gonna Cut You Down

Supernatural Fan Vid by @RisenShine22

Yes, I do understand the rest of the blog-oh-sphere is not as enamored of fan videos as I am. Many of them require at least a passing knowledge of the source material (both video and audio) and if you are unfamiliar with it the videos may not make much sense.

Still, with the good ones there is a continuity within the videos themselves that can be followed even by non-fans. The effects and editing on this vid are brilliant. It could easily work as a promo for Supernatural. Annnnd, I’m gonna stop talking now and let you all watch the vid.

The guys are Dan Pellarin (vocals), Ben Cramer (guitar), Joe Doino (drums) and Eddy Bayes (bass).  I had [...]

  • Telegraph Taboo…

So, I was in the mood for some blues and whoosh – blues appeared. Other people get coupons, bills and news updates in the mail while I get blues music. Cool new blues music in the form of the debut release Telegraph Taboo from the Chicago-based band Nick and the Ovorols. This is not a pretty album. The vocals on a few tracks [...]
